Bhubaneswar, Aug 24: 296 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours, thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1325766 on Wednesday. 

From these fresh cases, 122 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 174 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 44 youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.
