Bhubaneswar, Oct 22: 467 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1037523 on Friday.

From these fresh cases, 272 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 195 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 86 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

23. Sundargarh: 8 

 Besides, 57 cases were reported from the State pool.
