Couple Robbed Inside Mo Bus In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The Mo Bus in Odisha's capital is a heaven for looters. On Monday, a couple from Bhubaneswar's VSS Nagar neighborhood were allegedly robbed of Rs 42,000 rupees inside a CRUT public transport vehicle.

According to sources, the event occurred while the pair was driving from Vani Vihar to Khandagiri. Biranchi Sethi, a Nayagarh native who works as a driver in the capital city, said he and his wife boarded the bus at Vani Vihar bus terminal.

He realized he had been robbed near Nayapalli Square. It was alleged that they were taking the money to pay off the mortgaged gold.

They raced to the Nayapalli police station and filed a report. "I yelled for help to the bus helper and driver after realizing my money had been stolen, but they did not stop the bus," the victim stated.
