Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved a Rs 4 lakh grant from the Odisha Working Journalist Welfare Fund to the family of journalist Arindam Das, who perished in a sad boat accident at Mundali, Cuttack.
