Addressing a summit in the national capital, the Prime Minister emphasized that the vision for a developed India by 2047 is ingrained in the national mindset. He highlighted the need for continued progress, citing the construction of 12 crore toilets and provision of gas connections to 16 crore homes in the past 10 years as steps in the right direction, but stressed that more needs to be done.

He also outlined several accomplishments under the current government, including the provision of three crore new homes for the poor, infrastructure projects worth Rs 9 lakh crore, the introduction of 15 new Vande Bharat trains, the establishment of eight new airports, a Rs 2 lakh crore package for youth, a Rs 21,000 crore direct transfer to farmers' accounts, and a Rs 5 lakh health insurance for senior citizens above 70 years of age.
