Puri: The district office in Puri sealed a lodge at Balgandi Chowk on grounds of violating the district administration's Rath Yatra curfew laws.
The lodge was raided and locked until further orders were given.
People from the lodge sat on the roof of the building and watched the Rath Yatra, according to a complaint.
The district government had even prohibited observation of the annual automobile festival from the rooftops of any structure along the Grand Road in its curfew order.
It was forbidden for people to stand on the roof and witness the procession.
