Deogarh: In the Deogarh district of Odisha, in the Uparakhandama village, a young man was hit with an arrow on Tuesday and sustained critical injuries.
A victim's neighbour managed to capture the assailant and turn him over to the authorities. The young man, who has been identified as Babu Dhibara, was allegedly attacked because of a prior grudge.
With the arrow still embedded in his flesh, Dhibara was transported urgently to the Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Burla.
