CHSE Requests Schools and Colleges To Upload Quarter-End Exam Results To SAMS Website

Bhubaneswar: By February 16, the Council Of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has urged colleges and higher secondary schools to submit the marks obtained by Class XII students in the quarter-end examinations to SAMS.

The CHSE offered a link in the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) website to upload the marks in a letter to principals of educational institutions associated with the CHSE on Tuesday. It also contains a user manual on the website that must be followed.

The CHSE has also requested that officials keep a hard copy of the uploaded tabulation register of marks for four years, signed by the subject instructor, data input operator, examination in-charge, and institution's principal. They have also been instructed to keep the evaluated answer books and question papers for three years by the Council.

Schools and institutions have been told to be prepared for the annual examination, which will be released at the appropriate time.
