Two minor girls allegedly abducted by a private tutor in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A private teacher is accused of abducting two young girl students in Badagada, the state capital, in an uncommon incident. According to some claims in the media, he 'eloped' with the two girls, or the two girls 'eloped with him.'

To summarise, the teacher, Gopalkrushna Badatiya, and the two minor students 'disappeared' on Sunday while their parents were not at home.

The girls were supposed to return in eight days, according to a letter found in the house where they used to receive tuitions.

The tutor, who seemed to be spending more time with the girls under the guise of instructing them, had already piqued the parents' interest. When his parents objected to his strange behaviour, he allegedly threatened them.

"The two girls have been missing for three days. We believe the tuition teacher kidnapped them. "I implore the police to act quickly to save our children," one of the parents stated.

"While we were not at home, the private tutor eloped with the girls." Another parent said, "We found a note stating that they will return in eight days."

The parents have filed a complaint with the police station in Badagada.
