Bhubaneswar: On Monday night, a youth was said to have drowned in Kuakhai, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, during the immersion of Lord Vishwakarma's idol.
Though the victim's identify was not yet known, early investigation revealed that he was from Shantipalli Basti in Saheed Nagar.
