255 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Dec 8: 255 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1050760 on Wednesday.
From these fresh cases, 152 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 103 came as the local contacts.
Similarly, today 54 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.
According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

17. Sambalpur: 19
18. Sundargarh: 18
Besides, 25 cases were reported from the State pool.
