Bhubaneswar: Eminent music director Goodly Rath has been appointed as chairman of the PCC Cultural Cell Chairman. Congress Odisha-in-charge A Chella Kumar made this appointment. Likewise, eminent vocalist, Pammy Mishra has been named Co-Chairman of the Cultural Cell.
Recently, both of them joined the Celebrity Congress. Both are famous in Odisha's music world.
