100 sand radios made for 100th episode of PM's 'Mann Ki Baat'
Sudarsan Pattnaik, an internationally acclaimed sand artist, created a sand sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with 100 radios to commemorate the 100th episode of "Mann ki Baat" at Odisha's Puri beach.

The renowned artist used approximately seven tonnes of sand to create the 8-foot high sand art to commemorate the occasion.
Sudarsan also made the Prime Minister sculpture out of 100 sand radios. To finish the sculpture, he was assisted by students from his sand art school.
“On April 30, please do tune in to the 100th edition of the most popular #MannKiBaat program of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji. I have created 100 sand radios to celebrate and welcome the memorable episode of Mann Ki Baat in my SandArt at Puri beach, Odisha,” Sudarsan said in a tweet.
The artist stated that he had previously created a few sand sculptures on 'Mann ki Baat' on various occasions, and that a sand sculpture on radio was also created on the occasion of World Radio Day.
Modi's flagship radio address, which debuted on October 3, 2014, will reach 100 episodes on Sunday.
It should be noted that Sudarsan has competed in over 60 international sand art competitions and festivals around the world, winning numerous awards for our country.
The Padma awardee artist has been using his sand art to raise awareness about various social issues. His sand arts have been recognized by the United Nations, World Health Organization, UN Environment, and other organizations.
