276 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

276 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Nov 8: 276 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1043745 on Monday.

From these fresh cases, 159 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 117 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 55 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

4. Cuttack: 17 

5. Dhenkanal: 10 

6. Gajapati: 8

7. Jagatsinghpur: 5 

8. Jajpur: 10 

9. Kalahandi: 2 

10. Kendrapada: 6 

11. Khurda: 138 

12. Mayurbhanj: 2 

13. Nayagarh: 2 

14. Nuapada: 4 

15. Puri: 6 

16. Sambalpur: 7 

17. Sonepur: 1

18. Sundargarh: 5 

Besides, 31 cases were reported from the State pool.
