734 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

734 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Sep 22: 734 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1021950 on Wednesday.

From these fresh cases, 424 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 310 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 101 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

8. Ganjam: 6

11. Jharsuguda: 3 

12. Kandhamal: 1 

13. Kendrapada: 6 

14. Keonjhar: 3 

15. Khurda: 335 

16. Koraput: 4 

17. Malkangiri: 2 

18. Mayurbhanj: 27 

19. Nayagarh: 7 

20. Nuapada: 1

21. Puri: 17 

22. Rayagada: 4 

23. Sambalpur: 7 

24. Sonepur: 1 

25. Sundargarh: 13 

 Besides, 81 cases were reported from the State pool.
