80 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

80 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, March 16: 80 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1286852 on Wednesday.

From these fresh cases, 45 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 35 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 12 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

5. Cuttack: 3 

6. Deogarh: 3

8. Ganjam: 3

9. Jajpur: 2

11. Kendrapada: 3

12. Keonjhar: 1

13. Khurda: 8

14. Koraput: 3

15. Mayurbhanj: 7

16. Nawarangpur: 1

17. Nuapada: 1

18. Sambalpur: 13

19. Sonepur: 2

20. Sundargarh: 6

Besides, 2 cases were reported from the State pool.
