Rairangpur: On Wednesday, four miscreants shot and killed a West Bengal businessman near a cattle market in Rairangpur, Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, and stole Rs 20 lakh from him.

Six traders from West Bengal arrived at Hattabadpada's livestock market on Wednesday morning, according to sources. Sheikh Jamshed Ali of the Jhargram area of West Bengal was recognized as the deceased businessman.

The incident is being investigated by police.
