CBSE board exam Term 1 in November to be MCQ-based

New Delhi: Twice a year from the academic year of 2021-22 the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations will be held. The pupils of class X and class XII now await the datesheet for CBSE Term 1.

The deadline is probably on the official CBSE website cbse.gov.in the last three to four days following October 9, which is the final deadline for receiving the full list of nominees.

The CBSE's first term examination will take place in November-December 2021, when the students will test just the rationalised curriculum, i.e. 50% of the whole prescribed curriculum. In March-April 2022, the Term 2 examinations will be held.

The instructions for the CBSE Term 1 would be provided to all stakeholders following the completion of the entire examination programme.

The question paper for Term 1 would have Multi-choice Questions (MQAs) and case-based MCQs, as reported by India Today.

It would take 90 minutes for each paper, instead of the previous 3 hours.
