Bhubaneswar: On Friday in Jharani village under the Kantabanji Polices, a three-member BJP team arrived to Nuapada to see the family of the Lady teacher Mamita Meher.
Vanathi Srinivasan, Sunita Duggal and Sreerupa Mitra Chaudhury MLA from West Bengalen, would visit Balangir and Kalahandi to find out the truth of the Mamita Meher assassination case.
The central team will go to the stadium in the village of Mahaling where Mamita's charred body was buried. It will meet with Mamita's parents. The crew would submit to JP Nadda thereafter.
The party would also file FIR against Minister of State for Home Dibya shankar Mishra for arrest in the assassination case for all 625 police stations throughout the country in the next three days.
On the other hand, during protest outside the SP bureau in Berhampur, the BJP Yuva Morcha engaged in a battle with the police. The protestors breached the barriers and shot eggs with tomatoes at police officers trying to stop them from going into the police station.
