According to the Collector, seven polling parties have been organised to perform house-to-house postal ballot voting, each comprising one micro observer, two police officers, a polling officer, and a cameraman.

Verma claimed that out of 1,077 postal ballot voters, 365 are from Pipili block and 712 are from Delang block, and that 138 people who had previously voted by postal ballot will be valid for the upcoming bypoll.
