Sambalpur: On Wednesday, the tuition instructor who had allegedly abducted two underage girl students from Badagada in Bhubaneswar was apprehended in Sambalpur's Ainthapali region.

According to authorities, police received information that the accused, Gopalkrishna Badatiya, was sleeping in a rented apartment with the females, and a raid was carried out as a result. The two younger sisters were rescued and taken to the Sakhi centre.

"The accused has been taken into custody." "They'll be handed over to the Bhubaneswar Police Department later," Sambalpur SP B Gangadhar told the journalists.

According to reports, the Commissionerate Police has headed for Sambalpur to question the suspects.

The teacher and his two students, in particular, had been missing since Sunday. The daughter had left a message at their house, indicating that they would return in eight days. The girl's mother filed a report with the Badagada police station, and two teams were established to track down the instructor.

The girls' parents said that the teacher was irritated after they complained to his holding the sisters back well after the scheduled time for casual talk. When his parents objected to his strange behaviour, he threatened them.
