Police Encounter: End to feared gangster Sheikh Hyder

Balasore: On Saturday afternoon, feared gangster Sheikh Hyder died from bullet wounds sustained during police fire near Simulia in Odisha's Balasore district.
He was being treated at the district headquarters hospital in Balasore (DHH).
Mrutyunjay Mishra, Additional District Medical Officer (ADMO) of Balasore DHH, claimed the gangster died five minutes after being admitted to the hospital, before physicians could begin treating him.
When asked how many bullet wounds he received, Mishra stated the amount will be known only after the postmortem.
According to authorities, a postmortem will be performed on Sunday, and the body will then be handed over to his relatives in Kendrapada.
