Two Odisha Cadre IAS Officers Get New Position At Centre

Bhubaneswar: Gudey Srinivas and Arti Ahuja, IAS officers from the Odisha cadre, are two of the 13 senior officials who received new positions at the Center after the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet gave its assent (ACC).
An official announcement was made on Thursday announcing the appointments of Gudey Srinivas, an IAS officer from the 1990 batch, as Secretary of Parliamentary Affairs and his classmate Arti Ahuja as Secretary of Labour & Employment.
Arti Ahuja joined the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers in February as Secretary of the Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals after serving as Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's Department of Health and Family Welfare.
Gudey Srinivas was the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution's Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor.
Notably, Gudey Srinivas and Arti Ahuja were two of the six IAS officers that the Odisha government promoted to the position of Additional Chief Secretary in January.
