Cuttack: Last night in Millennium City, an alleged drunk driver caused a series of accidents in which several vehicles were damaged and many people were injured.

According to sources, the driver rammed into cars in the city's Barabati Stadium, Jobra, and Chauliaganj areas. Locals later pursued him and thrashed him in the Rajendra Nagar area. Some people took out their frustrations on the car.

When Madhupatna IIC and ACP were informed, they arrived at the scene with a team and managed to calm the people down.

The driver was then arrested and questioned.
