The Union Minister, yelling 'Bande Utkal Janani' and 'Andhra Go Back,' claimed that Kotia does not belong to Andhra Pradesh but is an integral part of Odisha.

The senior BJP leader stated that the people of Koraput will never allow anyone to intrude into their region and that all Andhra government nameplates should be removed.

The Union Minister first went to Fatusineri village, where he was greeted warmly by tribal community members and local BJP leaders.

Dharmendra participated in a program organized by local residents and BJP leaders to commemorate Utkal Divas.

Speaking on the occasion, Dharmendra described the day as auspicious and a source of pride for the Odia people.

"In 1936, Odisha became a separate Utkal Pradesh on the basis of its language, thanks to the tireless efforts of many great sons of the soil, including Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das, Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Das, and Parala King," he noted.

The Union Minister urged the people to take a pledge to work together for Odisha's progress and development.

After tasting strawberries at a farm, the senior BJP leader described Kotia panhayat as a region with enormous potential.

Before leaving for Sunabeda, he spoke with children and locals about their problems during his visit to the area.

Dharmendra told reporters that he would discuss the problems in Kotia with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy and tell him that Andhra should not intrude into the area.
