Bhubaneswar: Today, the Odisha Congress student wing visited the collapsed site of the Ramadevi Women's University boundary wall. State Student Congress In-Charge Anulekha Bose, President Yasir Nawaz, and other State Student Congress officials visited and criticized the recently built area.

According to Student Congress President Yasir Nawaz, this is a distorted picture of Naveen Marg's development. The wall, built before two months at Ramadevi Women's University, has now collapsed. It is not just the capital city of Bhubaneswar. Earlier, the wall inaugurated by Education Minister Rohit Pujari in Banki collapsed within seven days. Two people died two years ago due to the repeated collapses of the Bomikhal Flyover.

He also said, "Having such a distorted picture of how contractors deliberately work to steal money in the name of state development is very objectionable. But today, the mayor is saying that he is not responsible.

Correct action has yet to be taken here. Has the contractor who has done the work passed his bill or not? If the bill is passed, then it will be returned. And let strict action be taken against them. Because of such low-quality work, one wants to make PC transactions or loot money. What is the purpose of this robbery? Where is this looted money going? Is it going to the higher officials, or is it going to 5T? In 5T, it is said that development is taking place, and no corruption is occurring. Earlier, Naveen Babu was collapsing the education system, and now he is collapsing the educational institution, stated Yasir.

On the other hand, Prof. Aparajita Chowdhury, Chancellor of Ramadevi University, has responded to the incident of the wall collapsing. He said, "This is an unfortunate incident." Water was leaking near the wall. We informed the BMC and Smart City authorities. At the time of construction, no wall beams or pillars were being used. The chancellor brought allegations of shoddy work done by the workers.
