Dhenkanal: On Saturday, a sex ring operating near Caltex Chhak under Town Police limits in Odisha's Dhenkanal town was busted.
The racket's ringleader, Shivaji Mohanty, was apprehended, and police rescued two women involved in the flesh trade. Some customers, however, were able to flee the scene.
According to sources, police raided the house around 10 p.m. after receiving information about the ongoing illegal activity. A vehicle has been seized, and further investigation is underway.
According to sources, the accused has a criminal history and was arrested two years ago for the same offense.
