Berhampur: In a crackdown on flesh sale, police arrested three women and disrupted a sex racket that allegedly operated from a rented residence in Nimkhandi, Ganjam district, Odisha.
On the basis of a tip, a team from Nimkhandi police station raided a house and rescued three young women, one of them was from neighboring Andhra Pradesh.
The police also detained two customers and the house's owner for questioning. Several offensive objects were also taken from the premises.
The detained individuals are being interviewed in order to determine the racket's network. More research is being conducted.
