Woman Cop missing from hospital after Suicide Bid

Police believe SI Kajal Bag may have fled with her family members in Bhawanipatna. "Perhaps the family members took her with them. "We're trying to find out where she is," a police officer said.
SI Kajal Bag was transferred from Town police station to the district's Saintala police station four months ago. Neighbors in Gopabandhunagar, where she had rented a house, overheard her screaming and threatening to kill herself over the phone. They then called the cops. The SI was rushed to the Saintala Community Health Centre on Wednesday after allegedly attempting to end her life by consuming mosquito repellent. Later that night, her condition deteriorated, and she was transferred to Bhima Bhoi hospital.
The precise reason for the alleged suicide attempt is unknown.
