Bargarh: On Saturday, three GST (Goods and Services Tax) teams from Bargarh, Sambalpur, and Raurkela searched a store and a godown in Padmapur on the Jagdalpur road.
Bargarh CT and GST deputy commissioner Rajanikant Sethi claims that Baidyanath Agarwal's store and godowns have been searched, and his invoices, papers, and taxes related to his sales and stocks are being validated. "It's just another day at the office. The raid had nothing out of the ordinary going for it. If there's any question, we undertake searches on the property," Sethi explained.
Officials suspect the store owner of GST and tax fraud. More research is being done right now.
