According to sources, the woman abruptly plunged into the river from the Chounrpur bridge after arriving at the scene. She was swept away in the river by the swift current.
After receiving information, firefighters and police officers responded to the scene, and a search operation was initiated to find the woman, who was said to be around 18 years old.
According to eyewitnesses, there were not many people in the area when the incident occurred. Only two or three individuals were present, and no one could stop the woman from taking such a drastic step, which occurred unexpectedly.
The event was quickly reported to the fire and police departments, who dispatched personnel to the scene. A search operation is underway, and more information is awaited.
