11177 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

11177 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Jan 16: 11177 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1133912 on Sunday.

From these fresh cases, 6479 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 4698 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 1016 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.
