173 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

173 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Dec 11: 173 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1051414 on Saturday.

From these fresh cases, 102 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 71 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 21 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

11. Jharsuguda: 1 

12. Kendrapada: 1 

13. Khurda: 86 

14. Koraput: 1 

15. Mayurbhanj: 19 

16. Puri: 5 

17. Rayagada: 1 

18. Sambalpur: 5 

19. Sonepur: 1 

20. Sundargarh: 7 

Besides, 19 cases were reported from the State pool.
