Bhubaneswar: Now in a state of action, Congress in-charge A. Chellakumar has taken a tough line as the team’s organization is languishing due to lack of discipline. He strongly warned leaders who were directly and indirectly weakening the organization. Chelakumar has caused a stir in the Congress alliance, urging leaders who are linked to the BJP to leave the party immediately.
Talking to party leaders, Chellakumar said he had a list of which party leaders are in touch with the BJD. Before taking action against the leader, Chellakumar urged the party members to leave voluntarily.
AICC president Sonia Gandhi has stressed the need to strengthen the party's organization. He warned that disciplinary action would be taken against leaders involved in anti-party activities.
Similarly, there has been controversy within the leaders over the party’s organizational status. Many leaders are even commenting on each other in the media.
Chellakumar said, "In violation of this, action will be taken against those who give arbitrary comments to the media,". Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation.
