8845 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Jan 22: 8845 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1196140 on Saturday.
From these fresh cases, 5128 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 3717 came as the local contacts.
Similarly, today 927 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.
According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.
