Bhubaneswar: With Valentine's Day fever gripping people worldwide, regardless of age, social status, or profession, senior Congress MLA Taraprasad Bahinipati joined the celebration of love.
The 67-year-old Koraput legislator took to Twitter to express his feelings for his wife Minakshi. In the tweet, Bahinipati, known for his candid and forthright comments on a variety of topics, penned a romantic sentence in praise of his life partner.
"You made me realize that my life without you would be like a night sky without stars, dark and empty," the flamboyant leader wrote on Twitter. It also had a picture of Bahinipati and his wife superimposed on a love symbol.
The message was written on a greeting card with a pink background that was dotted with love symbols. "Happy Valentine's Day" was written at the top of the card, and "Thanks for being my Valentine" was written at the bottom.
