Balangir: On Wednesday, a man assaulted his teacher wife inside Durgapalli High School in the Puintala block of Odisha's Balangir district.
According to witnesses, the incident occurred at 11 a.m., when Pradip Panda stormed into the high school and stabbed his wife Sanjurani Deb with a knife. Other teachers, on the other hand, dominated him.
Police came to the high school after being notified and detained Panda, who is also a teacher.
The injured female teacher was taken to Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital with a serious wound on her neck. Her condition has been described as stable.
