Jharsuguda: Indigo Airlines is expected to begin operations at Veer Surendra Sai Airport, which is good news for domestic travellers.
According to Pavan Kumar Zutshi, director of VSS Airport, the airlines are anticipated to start operating from the coming summer schedule. However, he cautioned that predicting the start of Indigo flight operations from the airport is premature.
Indigo Airlines will be the third airline to fly into the airport as a result of this. Alliance Air and Spicejet Airlines had already begun operations.
"Indigo Airlines has applied for slots on the Mumbai and Bangalore routes. However, the specific dates for the start of their services have yet to be determined. "The addition of Indigo Airlines will benefit air travellers tremendously," Zutshi remarked.
