Bhubaneswar: According to the India Meteorological Department, several districts in north Odisha have received rain in the recent 24 hours (IMD).

Baragaon had 45.6 mm of rain in Sundargarh district, followed by Rajgangpur (33.4 mm), Lathikata (32 mm), and Mandira Dam (32 mm) (32 mm).

In Jharsuguda district, rainfall was recorded at 44 mm, 38 mm, and 43.2 mm at Laikera, Deogaon, and Kirmara, respectively.

Champua in Keonjhar received 38.4 mm of rain. Mayurbhanj's Betnoti received 38 mm of rain.

On Friday, most regions in Odisha had warmer nights as the minimum temperature rose due to rainfall brought on by a Western Disturbance that swept through many districts.

The lowest night temperature was 14 degrees Celsius at Koraput and Keonjhar.
