Odisha Plus II Cutoff Mark Out, Ravenshaw Tops List

Bhubaneswar: On Wednesday, the first cutoff list for admission to the various courses at Plus II institutions throughout Odisha for the academic year 2022–2023 was made public.
Like the previous year, the most sought-after schools are still Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School in Cuttack, Nilakantha Nagar Saraswati Sisu Mandir in Berhampur, BJB Higher Secondary School in Bhubaneswar, and Government Higher Secondary School in Rourkela.
The highest cut-off percentages, 94.33 in the Science stream and 84.17 in the Commerce stream, were reported by Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School, Cuttack, on the Students Academic Management System (SAMS) portal. With a cut-off percentage of 93.20 in the Science stream, Nilakantha Nagar Saraswati Sisu Mandir in Berhampur has become a popular institution, followed by BJB Higher Secondary School at 93.
The second and third highest cutoff percentages in Commerce are 80.67 at Government Higher Secondary School, Rourkela, and 79.83 at BJB Higher Secondary School.
With an 83.50 cutoff percentage in the arts, Kandakhai Higher Secondary School in Puri came out on top, followed by Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School (83.33) and Narasinghpur College in Cuttack (83.17).
The first-round applicants who were chosen must enrol between August 19 and August 25. (6pm).
The application procedure for higher secondary schools began on July 20 and involves over 2,000 schools this year.
