One killed, 10 injured in two separate road accidents in Bhadrak
On Saturday, at least one person was killed and ten others were seriously injured in two separate road accidents in Odisha's Bhadrak district.
Bhadrak: On Saturday, at least one person was killed and ten others were seriously injured in two separate road accidents in Odisha's Bhadrak district.
According to Bhadrak, one accident occurred near Bhandaripokhari in the early hours of the morning when a speeding truck rammed into a car en route from Balasore.
One person died on the spot, and four others were injured. The injured have been taken to Bhadrak's District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for treatment.
A police team rushed to the scene and began an investigation into the incident. More information is awaited.
Another mishap occurred when a truck traveling from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata collided with a stationary truck and overturned near Trisulpur Chhak in the Bhadrak Rural police limits. Six people were seriously injured in the truck accident. They were all said to be from West Bengal.
The injured were taken to Bhadrak DHH, and three of them were later transferred to the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack after their conditions deteriorated. More information is awaited.
