Senior govt officer under Odisha vigilance scanner in Mayurbhanj
On Saturday, Odisha Vigilance officials raided the office room and other locations of a senior revenue assistant in Mayurbhanj district on suspicion of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, Odisha Vigilance officials raided the office room and other locations of a senior revenue assistant in Mayurbhanj district on suspicion of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Vigilance is conducting simultaneous raids in five locations to uncover details of assets owned by Rama Chandra Sen, senior revenue assistant in the office of the Sub-Collector, Baripada, according to a Vigilance release.
An Additional Superintendent of Police, 5 DSPs, 7 Inspectors, and other personnel are conducting searches in the Mayurbhanj district based on search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Baripada.
1) Residential four storeyed building of Rama Chandra Sen at Padhiaripur, P.S.- Kuliana, Dist.- Mayurbhanj.
2) Triple storeyed building with physiotherapy clinic at Raghunathganj under Kuliana Tahasil, Mayurbhanj.
3) Office room of Sen in the office of Sub-Collector, Baripada
4) Office room of his son in the office of Tehsildar, Samakhunta, – Mayurbhanj.
5) House of his associate located at Ward No.23, Tulasichoura, Baripada Town, Dist. Mayurbhanj.
