Unidentified Miscreant Kills Plus II Girl Student By Slitting Throat In Bolangir
Two people, including her boyfriend, were arrested on Saturday in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old girl found dead with her throat slit in her home at Nikhil Nagar slum in Odisha's Balangir town.

According to sources, police have also seized the weapon used in the murder of the Plus II girl student, Seshadri Nag.
The arrested suspects are Seshadri's boyfriend Milan Rana (21) and his associate. Another Milan associate is said to be on the run, and efforts are being made to apprehend him.
A teddy bear was found near the girl's body, which was discovered in a pool of blood with her throat slit, in her house.
According to police sources, Seshadri and Milan had been in a love relationship for a long time, but the girl no longer wanted to continue the relationship.
After Seshadri told Milan to end their relationship, the two got into a heated argument. She also gave back the teddy bear that Milan had given her. Milan, they claimed, slit her throat with a sharp weapon in a fit of rage.
After committing the crime, the accused fled the scene and hid the weapon used in the murder on a nearby hill.
Following a preliminary investigation, police enlisted the assistance of the Government Railway Police (GRP) and others to apprehend Milan in Vijayawada as he prepared to travel to another state by train.
Bolangir police recreated the crime scene after arresting Milan and one of his associates. The incident is being investigated further.
