Female Student Body Found Inside Pond In Bhubnaeswar

Bhubaneswar: On Friday, the body of a teenage girl was discovered in a pool inside a hotel in Raghunathpur, Odisha's capital.
She was the daughter of a professor at the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), according to authorities. An excise commissioner owns the farmhouse.
The deceased's father told reporters, "The CCTV footage shows she entered the farmhouse at 2 a.m. last night."
He went on to say that she had gotten an 89 percent in the Plus II exam, but was depressed because of her JEE percentile. “After getting the results, she sobbed a lot and became extremely serious,” he stated.
He did add, though, that there was no family pressure on her to succeed in her studies.
“This was her first visit to the farmhouse. As a result, we are sceptical of the circumstances surrounding his arrival here and subsequent drowning in the pool. “We believe someone may have led her to the location,” he said.
He went on to say that if his daughter had chosen to commit suicide, she could have gone to the nearby large pond instead of taking the unknown stretch.
Though the specific cause of her death has yet to be determined, authorities and a scientific team have launched an investigation into the occurrence.
