141 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

141 MORE TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

Bhubaneswar, Dec 24: 141 Covid-19 positive cases were found in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in the state to 1053645 on Friday.

From these fresh cases, 84 were detected from quarantines whereas the rest 57 came as the local contacts.

Similarly, today 19 more youngsters aged 0 to 18 years were found to be infected with Covid-19.

According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 30 districts of the State.

5. Deogarh: 9 

6. Dhenkanal: 3

7. Ganjam: 3 

8. Jagatsinghpur: 4

10. Jharsuguda: 2 

11. Kendrapada: 10 

12. Keonjhar: 1 

13. Khurda: 58 

14. Mayurbhanj: 3 

15. Nayagarh: 1 

16. Nuapada: 3 

17. Puri: 1 

18. Sambalpur: 4 

19. Sundargarh: 8 

 Besides, 11 cases were reported from the State pool.
