Sambalpur: COVID-19 has been detected in four students from two residential colleges in the Dhanakauda area of Odisha's Sambalpur district.
The college administration has been requested to isolate the four pupils and track down their close friends for further testing.
Four of the ten samples sent for testing were confirmed to be contaminated, according to sources.
On December 20, six kids from a private college in the same block tested positive for the virus. In the last ten days, at least seven people from five different educational institutions in the district have gotten the infection, including two staff members and five pupils.
