Huge cache of Ganja seized in Koraput, 2 arrested

Koraput: In the southern Odisha region of Koraput, it appears that ganja (cannabis) being transported illegally on a massive scale.
After a brief lull, excise officers today detained two people from Koraput and seized 120 kg of marijuana. The estimated cost of the confiscated contraband is Rs. 12 lakh.
A team of excise authorities conducted raids, made the seizure, and made the arrests as a result of a tip-off. In addition, a car that was being used to transport the marijuana has also been seized by the authorities.
The ganja, according to officials, was travelling to West Bengal. Up to 12 excise officials took part in the raid.
