IFS Susanta Nanda appointed PCCF
Bhubaneswar: The Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department of the Odisha government has given new responsibilities to three top Indian Forest Service (IFS) personnel.
The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Nodal, Susanta Nanda, class of 1989, has been given the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive, Chilika Development Authority, and Project Director, Integrated Coastal Zone Management Project.
Director of Environment has been added to Dr K Murugesan's responsibilities as a State Pollution Control Board member.
The official announcement further stated that Director Mines G Rajesh would also serve as CEO of the Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC).
