One killed, 20 critical As Bus Overturns On NH In Mayurbhanj

Baripada: On Friday, a man was killed and at least 20 others were injured when the bus they were riding in flipped on National Highway 18 near Kuliana chowk in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district.
Nilambar Mahanta of Jashipur has been identified as the deceased.
The bus was on its way from Khiching to Baripada when the driver lost control of the wheels and the vehicle overturned, according to sources.
Local police responded to the call and initiated a rescue operation because numerous passengers were believed to be trapped beneath the truck. While 30 passengers were hurt, 20 of them were critically injured.
All injured passengers were taken to Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College & Hospital in Baripada for prompt treatment.
