Paradip Port bribery case: OSL director Charchit Mishra gets bail

Bhubaneswar: Charchit Mishra, the Director of Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL) and the son of businessman Mahima Mishra, was granted conditional bail on Tuesday by a special CBI court in the Paradip Port Trust bribery case.
The court ordered Charchit to turn in his passport, not sway witnesses, and testify before the investigating officer once every 15 days while granted conditional release.
The CBI detained Charchit on August 6.
The recovery of Rs 84.5 lakh by the CBI during searches at several sites in Cuttack and Paradip is related to the Paradip Port Trust bribery investigation.
